Job Description
For our client who works in the energy industry and to contribute to a sustainable energy transition, we are now looking for an HR specialist. In the role of HR specialist, you will be part of a larger HR team with talented colleagues and work to support the HR function as a specialist competence. Your duties are broad within HR and you will, among other things, carry out and lead smaller internal projects and represent HR Operations in various project meetings. Drive improvement work together with the team and implement process changes. Support HR Operations manager with various administrative tasks such as onboarding of new employees and consultants. Order computers and access etc. This is a perfect role for you who have a few years of experience from a similar role and within HR.

Admission and Application
Full time and office hours. The position is expected to start in the beginning of 2023 and is expected to run until 2023-08-31 to start with, with possible extension. The assignment aims to expand our client's HR function in the long term with an additional resource. You will be employed as a consultant at JobBusters and work for our client in Västerås.
