Are you our new superstar in recruitment & employee branding?
Stena Line is currently in an exciting period of development. To match the business needs and the change that the company is going through we need to continue to transform and develop our HR-organization. Since our colleague is of to new challenges within the company we are now looking for a new HR Recruitment & Training Manager.

What you will do:

You will curiously and innovatively lead and develop our recruitment processes. You will ensure that our peak season runs smoothly when it comes to attracting, recruiting and educating new employees. Of course we want you to improve and streamline everything that we do within these areas! With your recruitment team you will also be responsible for:

• Contact person for University's and secondary school

• Develop & implement company's Employer Branding Strategy

• Implementation of Social media-strategy and external communication about Stena Line as an employer

Who you are:

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, business administration or marketing/communication. You have several years of previous work experience from a similar role, preferably with a digital orientation. Experience from working with seasonal recruitment and training within the service sector is an advantage.

You have a process and business oriented mindset and are used to driving projects independently. Since this role incudes a great extend of both internal and external contacts it is important that you have an excellent ability to both cooperate and create good relationsships with others. Of course you also have strong communications skills and need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

The position and location

The position is a permanent employment with start as soon as possible. Your base will be in Gothenburg. The role might contain some travel.
