The HR People Analyst supports both the HR team and the business by providing data analytics and insights to inform and assist leaders in action planning and decision making. This position will support multiple projects in HR by building strong data processes and reporting while gaining exposure to all areas of human resources. This critical role will enable the business with visibility to people analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

Partner with HR specialists and analytics colleagues regionally and globally to build and enhance reporting functionality.
Partner with HR leaders to develop solutions, build action plans, and implement actions to support the business
Develop high quality, high impact reports and analytics based on business needs and stakeholder input
Consolidate standard reporting by being able to maximize the use of technology
Audit data, reports, and electronic files to ensure accuracy, compliance and effectiveness
Communicate highlights of reporting, analytics and trends, provide recommendations for action as appropriate.
Create presentation materials including graphs, charts, and other visual representations of data and related insights
Play lead role in year-end compensation planning, including contributing to summary of global compensation analytics for business leaders
Educate others on how to use analytics and tools to ensure they can guide and coach managers and associates
Participate in team and business projects providing analytical and project management support
Qualifications:

College degree required; focus or specializations in data analytics, computer science or organizational disciplines are of interest
2+ year of experience of work in HR processes or a related fields
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel manipulating large datasets is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and identify solutions
Capable of building relationships
Analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage competing priorities
Ability to take complex undefined approaches and clarify into clearly defined step by step processes and visuals
