About the role
Data quality is key for all our integrated HR applications and supported systems, where the HR Master Data team ensures that HR Master Data is maintained and up to date, timely and accurate. We belong to the HR Service Centre Sweden; a centralised HR service organization for all Tetra Pak companies in Sweden with the aim to deliver high value HR services to all managers and employees.
To improve our Master Data Management and service to our internal customers, we are searching for an HR Analyst. The role means being the expert of our systems, combining master data maintenance tasks with analysis and reporting. Another area is also to run master data and payroll quality controls. We are also looking for an individual that would like to support us in developing our way of working even further and contribute with your excellent analytical skills.
You will be a member of a specialised team, having the opportunity to influence your role and your area of expertise.
Main responsibilities
• Analyse and report HR data and statistics.
• HR Master Data maintenance and ticket handling; organisational and employee changes, employments, exits etc.
• Contribute to developing the HR Master Data Management and reporting routines.
• Run Master data and Payroll quality controls and contribute to internal and external audits.
• Be an expert of the HR Master Data systems; Successfactors, Excel and Tetra Pak Business Warehouse/ Business Objects.
About you
To be successful in this challenging and diverse role you need to be a true team-player, driven by delivering a high level of service. You are thorough, possess a high level of integrity and constantly aim for improvements.
Your analytical skills are strong and you can easily report and analyze numerical data and statistics. Communicating and sharing knowledge is also highly motivating to you.
We believe you have a University degree and former professional experience from HR Master Data Management and Big Data handling. Experience from SAP Successfactors or another advanced business system is highly valued.
Advanced skills in Excel are a must. Excellent Swedish and English skills, spoken as well as written are also required.

About the employment
Tetra Pak has chosen to collaborate with Adecco in this recruitment. The position is a temporary contract until December 2018, starting as soon as possible.
