hela Sverige Jefferson Wells are now looking for a HR manager for a consultant assignment to our client in Gothenburg. The company is a dynamic, international environment. If you have around 3-5 years operational experience in the field of Human Resources as a HR Manager and available for a new assignment, welcome to apply!
About the assignment
We are now looking for you who are interested in working as a HR manager in a dynamic, fast paced, super interesting branch in an international environment. They are a subcontractor within automotive, but they have no production in Sweden so focus is on sales, logistics, tech etc. The client has an attractive office space in the center of Lindholmen. A very flexible and generous working from home policy. They are around 70 colleagues at the Swedish unit.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* To include review and approve the local HR budget
* Responsible for the overall employee lifecycle (recruit, onboard, develop, retain, offboard)
* Implementing and updating company policies
* Monitoring key HR metrics
* Addressing queries of employees
You will also be responsible for ensuring and contributing to the well-being of our employees while working closely with the European HR team and the HR colleagues in the offices across Europe. You will work with 15 managers in Sweden
Qualifications
* A proven experience between 3-5 years operational experience in the field of Human Resources as a HR Manager
* An international mindset with the ability to communicate and work with other cultures
* Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish
* Masters' or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
A well-organized approach with the ability to be flexible and able to respond to
changing priorities is also required when taking on the role as a HR Manager. Experience in working with Cornerstone is a plus.
