Publiceringsdatum2014-12-05Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for someone who wants to work as HR Manager with responsibility for securing and developing all aspects of the HR platformensuring compliance with labour laws, consistent personal policies and compliance with these policies, and providing support to all leaders within the organization. Together with the Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility for HR in the Swedish organization and you will be part of a cooperation in a Nordic environment. Your role will also include supporting Finland in the HR area. The position is based in Stockholm and you will report to the Managing Director, Sweden.

• Supporting store, regional, and office managers with expertise within HR

Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for someone with at least five years' experience from a role as HR Manager, in which you worked in a Nordic environment - ideally with experience from a large retail chain and with the ability to work on the operational, tactical and strategic levels.
You have solid experience in all aspects of HR, experience and knowledge of labor law legislation in Sweden and preferably in Finland. You have a proven ability to lead collaboration and negotiations with union representatives. With a good understanding of retail business and a strong interest in the commercial side of your responsibilities, you are person who cooperates successfully with the whole organization. We consider it an advantage if you have worked with developing operations and business from an HR perspective. It would be useful if you have experience working in growth companies.
You have a relevant university degree and excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English are required.
To succeed in this role, you are results-oriented, ambitious, motivational and a team player. The work requires you to be systematic and self-motivating, with an ability to make decisions with high integrity. You are communicative, can deal with stress and have the ability to prioritize.
