A job with the guiding principle let's team up. At Kappahl Group we do the job together. As an HR manager, you will work closely with colleagues to build a responsible Kappahl Group with a strong employer brand. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The work is both strategic and operational. You work with all common tasks within HR, for example recruitment, training, labor law and support the managers in HR, payroll and benefits issues.
You will be part of the HR and Communications Management team and report to the VP HR & Communication. In your team you will have two HR Business Partners reporting to you and four payroll administrators, who together handles around 2000 Swedish salaries per month. Additionally, you will be a part of one or more management teams at our headquarters.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has a university degree in HR or similar with several years of experience in broad qualified HR work and has a good understanding about pay structures, pensions, and benefits. You have been responsible for personnel for a couple of years.
Kappahl Group has exciting projects underway, where we're upgrading our systems and introducing new ones. In these projects, you will have a fun role collaborating with different teams across the company. With your knowledge of digital tools, change management, and business know-how, you'll be a key player in making these projects a success.
You have a strong interest in developing new ways of working and the team with a belief that we are better together. You can find the best solutions from a holistic perspective, while at the same time having an interest in deep diving into specific issues. You are used to work with collective agreements and labor laws.
As a leader you foster an inclusive culture. You are people oriented and good at building relationships, creating trust and job satisfaction. Analytical ability and high integrity are a prerequisite for getting the pieces of the puzzle in place. Information is communicated easily and clearly in both Swedish and English.
