You will be part of a HR team of 6 colleagues, located around Europe. This role is based in Helsingborg and you will be HR Manager for our Swedish entity (roughly 250 colleagues) as well as working with different European projects. This a true generalist position that covers all aspects of HR. You will work closely to the business and support and challenge the organisation. Our HR-team is constantly focused on improving and you are expected to develop HR initiatives and implement new ways of thinking.
Further you will coach, counsel and recommend solutions to managers. Be responsible for competence and resource planning, training, salary structures and reviews. Be part of developing KPI tracking and join our LEAN journey. It is important to work both on a strategic and operative level. You will also have the main responsibility to continue to have a good relationship with our union in Sweden.

To qualify for the position, you have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. You have at least 7 years' experience from a similar role or tasks. Fluent in both Swedish and English. Experience implementing a HR system. Good knowledge of Swedish employment law as well as Union experience. You have worked with Swedish compensation and benefits and in an international company.
