We are now looking for an HR Manager to our brand new office in Mölndal. As an HR Manager you will support the delivery of the HR strategy for four different business units. The role works in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable the units to effectively deliver their people plans. The role provides HR services that deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with other HR Specialist functions. You will be responsible for approximately 350 Essity employees and have direct contact with 50 Managers. You will be part of the Nordic HR organization and have many international contacts. You will be reporting to HR Director Nordic and Baltics.
Location is in Mölndal/Gothenburg.
HR Manager, HRBP, HR Business Partner
Main Tasks
Work as HRBP to assigned local business teams to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues related to performance management, organizational and people development and change management
Initiates recruitment process with Hiring Manager and supports in interviews and employee life cycle
Supports the development and delivery of business unit related topics in the development activities, organization or structure changes, data collection, interpretation and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues
Support Line Managers with the use of HR processes and tools to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management, development of teams etc.
Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad and local range of HR policies programs and practices
Advise on labor law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that Essity is compliant
Responsible for Union negotiations
Responsible for employee onboarding program, process, activities and follow up
Proactively work with health and support in rehabilitation processes
Key Competencies
Bachelor or Master's Degree within the HR area
8-10 years of experience working as HR Business Partner
Fluent in both English and Swedish
Experience from working in a large international company and with Line Managers located abroad is beneficial
Even though you will work in a process-driven environment, it is important that you are independent and able to make decisions on your own. Furthermore, it is important that you are passioned about operative HR work. Experience from union negotiations and complex recruitments are necessary.
