About the role
Our employees are experts and are located mainly in Sweden but also across Europe and North America. Our services and solutions add value to all stages in the drug development process at pharma companies around the world, and as HR-team we need to enable and empower our employees by providing a great employee experience. That's why the HR team is growing, and we need you on the team! You will bring both speed and focus to our development initiatives and offer support for the daily operations of our growing international organization.
The role requires a broad HR understanding and a service-oriented can-do attitude to solve any problems you encounter. You will have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of your experiences while working with us, as we operate an HR team of just two people. Your focus will be on issues related to attracting, retaining, and developing employees in an international context. Examples of everyday responsibilities:
• Work environment and safety - and systematic development of the workplace
• Recruitment, on-/offboarding and talent development
• Development of processes and policies
• Employee Value Proposition (EVP), benefit packages, and salary matters
• Communication with international HR advisors and interpretation of Swedish (and international) labor laws
Collaboration within the HR team will be seamless, where you complement and support each other in turning the strategic HR agenda into practice. Ultimately, your expertise and ideas will play a crucial part in developing, driving, and scaling up our international HR support.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Human Resource Management
• Minimum of five years of extensive experience in the role of HR Business Partner - or similar position
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labour law
• Solid recruitment experience
• Knowledge of structures around compensation and benefits
• Experience in systematically developing and managing work environments, and competence development initiatives
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

• In your communication, you are positive, confident, and professional. You build relationships at all levels in the organization.
• You have a curious mind and stay up to date with the latest trends and developments
• You have an eye for both the strategic overview and operational details and can easily connect them in strategies, structures, policies, and plans.
• You have a strong moral compass, value integrity highly, and handle confidential information with respect.
