Local HR Services provide services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.
You will be a part of the EMEA Local HR Services and responsible to resolve employee and manager HR requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). HR services are delivered onsite for Sweden. Local HR Services Consultant cooperates closely with all other teams within HR.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for operation side of HR activities
Second level support for all kind of HR inquiries coming from employees and managers in accordance with Service Level Agreements
HR Portal pages maintenance and input for first level HR support knowledgebase
Creation of HR statements, verification and employment letters and administration of contractual changes
Benefits administration
Administration during restructurings and support process alignment and HR shared service migration activities
On-boarding of new hires and related administration and also involvement in exit procedure including exit interviews
Promotion of HR Shared Service Centre concept and support of local HR communication and responsible for operational side of HR activities
Second level support for all kind of HR inquiries coming from employees and managers in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Qualifications
4-5 years of work experience in similar role in HR
Business Degree preferred
Knowledge of Swedish employment law/ legislation
Professional communication skills in Swedish and English; both written and verbal
Project Management Experience
Good knowledge of HR processes
Excellent MS Office skills
Desirable
SAP HR system knowledge
Experience in working in a virtual team
Work experience in HR Shared Services
Experience working in multinational company
Further language skills an additional asset
Personal characteristics
You will have a lot of interaction with several stakeholders, therefore you need to have excellent communication skills and be highly customer oriented. You strive after quality and have a high attention to detail and you organize your work well. Since you are a part of a bigger HR Community and with a manager off site, you need to work well on own initiative and independently without supervision. You are able to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
