hela Sverige Wise Professionals are looking for an HR Director for Mölnlycke Health Care, who will be based at the global headquarters in Gothenburg. This is a consultant assignment via Wise Professionals, starting as soon as possible and for a couple of months but can lead to a permanent position.

Responsibilities
As the HR Director in Sweden you will work both strategic and operational. Your main responsibility will be to lead and motivate the HR team as well as participate in the development and aligning the HR plans. Together with your team you will be coordinating site activities to supporting business goals and objectives together with the responsibility to support the business functions.
The HR Directors primary duties:
• Take lead for the strategic and operational HR e.g managing reward systems, organization development, performance management, employment equity programs
• Support in the areas of compensation and benefits as well as develop, implement and monitor effective HR systems
• Provide responsive support and advisory service to all employees and managers
• Evaluate decisions and results regarding established goals and recommend approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business efficiency
• Establish good relations with the unions and managing labour relations and negotiations with a systematic approach
There will be a team of administrators, HR Advisors and HR Managers who will report directly to you. Further on you will report to the Executive Vice President HR.
Skills and Experience Required
Probably you have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources and a solid experience from several HR Management roles. To succeed as an HR Director at MHC you are used to working in an international environment and you have very good interpersonal skills. We also believe you prefer and are comfortable to work with union relations and negotiations. For this role it is also a minimum to have a solid knowledge in Excel.
As an individual you are analytic and you also have a positive energy. You have a true engagement and as a leader you are distinct as well as a great motivator for your team. Since MHC is a global actor your English and Swedish communication skills need to be excellent, both in written and spoken words.
