About the job
As an HR Coordinator you'll be a part of a passionate, skilled and diverse team located in either Skellefteå or Stockholm. You are expected to contribute in building a stellar HR team over time, with a unique possibility to be part of building HR processes from scratch. The cliché "roll up your sleeves" could never have been more appropriate to describe both the role and the company culture. Among your key areas of responsibilities:
Works in partnership with Human Resources Business partners for applicable business unit to execute employee life cycle and strategic people plan.
Serve as 1st line of support for HR queries and requests from Managers. Support the business by understanding and communicating various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
Controlling and validating data in the personnel management system and creating reports. Responsible for data input and HCM system admin.
Work, develop, implement and participate in building and evaluating HR-processes together with Talent Services team. Participate in project and initiativs with Global process owners.
Coordination of the full employee life-cycle and collaborating with both internal as external stakeholders. This includes introduction of new employees, termination, leaves, driving of rehabilitation processes etc.

With a high-quality mindset and approach you will be part of building an excellent and functional organization starting from scratch, playing a key role in supporting our managers and employees in all HR related questions. With your passion and can-do attitude you will contribute to establishing, developing and maintaining Northvolt's HR processes and policies locally.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related
Previous experience or great interest in Human Resources
Great communications skills in written and verbal communication with fluency in English
Experience working in international environment
