For our client we are looking for a HR/legal consultant

Job description:
Our customer is a large employer within the IT Sector here in Gothenburg, working with over 300 employees from several different countries. To further develop their company and improve as an employer they are currently looking at implementing a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This assignment will put you in charge of investigating if a CBA would make them a more attractive employer. Today they are working with two union organizations and have local representation at the office.

You would in this assignment investigate how the ways of working would be affected and changed if a CBA was signed. This can include responsibilities such as:
• Find and present any gaps that exists between current way of working and the CBA
• Find and present different options how to close those gaps

You will be expected to drive this project independently in close collaboration with representatives from Site management teams, local HR and local unions. We believe that you have a background within legal or HR and previous experience of successful implementation of CBAs in other companies. If our customer decides to sign a CBA you will be asked to take the lead on the implementation process.

Required skills:
• Extensive skills in Swedish labor law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Previous experiences from the IT industry and the CBA in question Conditions of Employment IT
• Great knowledge from areas such as payroll, pensions and insurances
• Broad knowledge of the compensation and benefit area
• Ability to have a holistic perspective as well as a very strong focus on details. The gap analysis would require strong analytical skills and good research abilities
• Proven experience from successfully leading project in an international environment. This includes great abilities to structure and organize the project, as well as constantly communicating with multiple stakeholders and keeping everyone up to speed
• State of the cart collaboration skills and capacity to run a project with multiple stakeholders
• The successful candidate must be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
