At Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft Studio we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Malmö studio. You will be part of our awesome HR Team, contributing to build strong employee relationships, provide HR expertise and work with daily HR support activities including: coaching, employee development and HR projects. You have an opportunity to participate in shaping the HR team and your area of interest. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times. We're a nice bunch of people who see HR as a craft and are looking for a new colleague just as enthusiast as we are.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, and requires working onsite.
Responsibilities
• Drive the development and implementation of HR projects and activities
• Assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, career development and leadershi
• Provide support, direction and coaching to managers to address the day to day functioning of the organization and in resolving problems, concerns, conflicts
• Take ownership and develop work environment policies in line with company plan and strateg
• Monitor KPIs, analyze and offer suggestions based on results.
You as a person
You are a proactive and autonomous person with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and have the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management. To succeed you will need strategic thinking and expertise in HR topics, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced, innovation-oriented environment. As our new HR Business Partner you will work both strategic and hands-on. You will set-up and manage strategies and structure within work environment and take ownership on the labor law so analytical thinking will definitely be a plus. You are a fast learner and keen on joining an HR team with lots of challenges and opportunities ahead.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Relevant working experience, in Human Resources
• Good Swedish labor law knowledge
• Fluency in English is essential and a mandatory requirement
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes with a flexible approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at all times, and challenge back when needed
• Interest in games and a sense of humor is greatly appreciated
