hela Sverige Job DescriptionTo our client we are now looking for an HR Business Partner! In the role you will leadteams with a focus on operational planning and process development and beaccountable for budget and policy recommendations and medium term planning. You will managethrough first line managers mainly in function area and focus balances leadership and subject matter expertise.
Qualifications You have experience working in a similar role.
You have experience working in an international environment.
You haveknowledge of lean six sigma methodologies and HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
You have knowledge of the local Swedish labor market, legislation, and policies.
You are fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
Personal Qualities To thrive in the role of HR Business Partner you have great analytical skills and have high attention to detail. You have strong negotiation skills and are result-focused. You also haveproven leadership skills and great communication skills.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start as soon as possibleand the assignment is expected to run until 2025-04-30 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
