As part of a small EMEA HR team and reporting to the EMEA HR Director based in UK, you will provide HR support to employees based in Sweden, Denmark and Spain. This role would suit someone who has worked in a small/mid-sized technology related company, is comfortable constantly switching between strategic and operational HR responsibilities and has a goal of "getting things done."
The HR team is seen as a business-critical function working in close partnership with the business leaders to ensure that they identify, develop and retain the very best people, as well as ensuring that they deliver results "in the right way" to drive the business forward.
The role encompasses eliciting organisational change; driving the talent, succession and retention agenda; employee engagement; recruitment; continuous development at all organizational levels, coaching; reward and recognition; and organisation design and development. This is a hands-on generalist HR Business Partner role with a strong emphasis over the next 6 months recruiting and the successful delivery of global HR projects which support a learning and development culture and practical change management initiatives, as Tectura moves towards a business consultancy model. In addition, you will work closely with our Compensation and Benefits team as we continue with the stated aim to align EMEA compensation with the global philosophy.
• Minimum 5 years HR Business Partner experience, preferably gained within a US owned technology/Consultancy company;
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation within client business units and similar HR team structures. A global mind-set and an international approach will be key to your success;
• Ability to work from own initiative, driven to achieve results, a strong team player with experience of building good relationship across both local and global teams and a willingness to take ownership and be held accountable;
• Deep knowledge of and ability to take a pragmatic approach to resolving international employee relations issues;
• Experience of delivering in-house recruitment activities via database searches; advertising, etc and pipelining to ensure timely recruitment;
• A clear understanding and willingness to work to a culture where alignment of global processes and policies is critical to success;
• Analytical and process orientated with good problem solving and project management skills;
• Strong business acumen and ability to act as a partner/influencer;
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills;
• Post-merger and acquisition experience, ability to integrate differing cultures and align processes and practises to a single global approach;
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills needed, additional European language(s) desirable.
In return we offer a fantastic location and a challenging environment that encourages innovation and rewards an entrepreneurial spirit.
