As an HRBP you play a vital role in driving implementation of the Electrolux People Plan. You provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and solutions to business management on people and organizational issues. Your added value will come through supporting line managers in engaging their employees around the values, strategy and objectives so that their contribution to the business objectives is clear to all within the organization. This includes driving the HR cycle through the Electrolux process and culture framework.
Some of your responsibilities:
• Act as true support for the business, to understand and anticipate business priorities and to support the drive for performance.
• To understand business's context, issues and challenges and provide specific advice to Managers. Work with Managers to understand future requirements and act upon them.
• Support Director HRBP in delivery of the people plan and HR strategy for the HR Services and recruitment organizations. Also, support the Director HRBP in strategic development of the organization
• Play an important part in the design and execution of various HR projects delivered within the managed organization. Utilize HR knowledge to blend and deliver practical solutions to business.
• Play an active role in recruitment and people & organizational development processes.
• Participate in various HR projects on Sector and organization level.
• Coordinate the global HRBP network and create a culture of embedded Continuous Improvement.

Education & experience
(Minimum qualifications)
• Minimum 3~5 years of working experience as a professional and some as a manager is required to be able to fully understand actual and future business requirements.
• Specific HR and/or line management experience in the area of Human Resources is required.
• A proven track record of working within HR, being capable of managing both strategic and operational HR matters to support the business needs and being capable of dealing with dynamics in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of compensation and talent development policies and practices.
• Good knowledge of policies and practices related to international mobility, with a special focus on moves across different regions.
