hela Sverige HR Operations is a part of Culture division within Klarna. We are a team of HR Business Partners who in all HR related issues support Klarna's divisions in all countries. The main focus is to work with management in each division to strengthen culture, be proactive on all HR related areas, reactive when needed and review, implement and carry out all HR processes. We have by our side Recruitment dept. and HR support dept.
As HR Business Partner you will be fully responsible in all HR areas for one or more of Klarna's divisions and/or departments. Together with your division's managers and colleagues at HR you will help taking Klarna through another year of growth. Expansion and new products are ahead and HR is very much in focus in order to grow the organization with everybody onboard, motivated and with culture preserved. You will run most HR processes and independently, proactively, but also reactively on short notice.
We need to strengthen HR Operations with two Business Partners to cover a large part of the company. We are looking for a variety of competences within the HR field.
You have extensive knowledge throughout the HR field and you have required this from about five to eight years of experience as HRBP or HR manager in a similar organization. Especially within some of the following areas:
• Having worked with an international Sales division, and subsequently have experience in international labor law, expansion and aligning international HR processes and pro culture initiatives
• Global Mobility and expats
• Union relations and negotiations
• Extensive knowledge in labor law
• Knowledge in an Engineering departments way of work and way to organize. And the typical areas that are in focus regarding recruitment, talent management and retention strategy's
• Work environment, health, rehab
• Change management and culture work
Apart from your responsibilities at your division you will take ownership of one or more central HR processes, depending of your expertise.
