About the role

This is a role where you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within a broad range of HR topics.

We are a global company with a strategy to work centralized with a local flavour. Meaning you will be working with both local HR at our HQ in Stockholm and with global HR processes together with local HR colleagues and business stakeholders in Poland, Finland and Norway.

Our people are our most valuable asset so the most important thing for you will be to support our people strategy - to keep our people happy, healthy, engaged and high performing.

You will act as a trusted partner to our people leaders supporting and challenging them within the HR area daily. You do this by training and coaching our leaders in HR process-related topics, both physical and through e-learning.

In your role, you are responsible for keeping all HR related policies relevant and up to date, you create and administer employment contracts and addendums, employee insurances, pension, and other benefits. You also ensure correct HR core data management by reporting and analyzing data regarding engagement, headcount, FTE, turnover, sick leave, etc.

You will work in close collaboration with internal Payroll and be responsible for the delivery of accurate HR data. You will also act as the superuser for some of our systems regarding People metrics, Engagement, E-learning, and Insurance and pension. When needed, you will also support with recruitment and employer branding.

Other HR processes and routines you will be coordinating, administrate, and develop are:

• Yearly salary review and benchmarking
• Pre-boarding & Onboarding
• Work environment projects and processes
• Wellbeing, health, and rehabilitation
• Offboarding

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for people and business, high ambitions and with a strong personal drive. You share our core values, meaning you are curious, relentless, active, focused and thorough in the things you do.

You have:

• A Human Resources related field Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a similar role within the relevant field
• Minimum of two years in a similar role or, preferably in an international environment

You bring:

• Strong business acumen
• The ability and willingness to provide practical business solutions to clients when required, exercising tact and diplomacy while providing supporting facts and data
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build influential relationships at all levels within the organization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate data into concise, executive-ready presentations and reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Knowledge of employment law, regulations and statutes in Sweden
• Problem-solving and consulting skills as well as project management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and team-oriented
