Schneider Electric are searching for a new colleague and HR Business Partner within the Digital Energy Division in Lund. In this role, you will have a great opportunity to work closely with the business, the managers and employees in a local and international environment. You will play a key role in the organization as the primary HR contact for the local managers, employees and unions. You will also have one of our plants in your scope, supporting Delta Elektriska AB in Arlöv

Your key responsibilities:

Successfully drive HR in the day-to-day business by supporting managers and employees in the areas of leadership, talent acquisition, organizational development, mobility, performance and employee engagement, labor law and union negotiations.

Drive and follow-up on global HR policies such as talent management, reward, performance management, objective settings and trainings.

Ensure that corporate policies and compliance are in line with local rules and regulations.

Drive transformation at country level (organization deployment, communication and change management) by implementing targeted organizational actions in line with Business strategy and organization direction. Leading actions on headcount workforce planning, drive regional actions, defining regional key topics to communicate and deploy global communication plans.

Responsible for Talent Review & Succession Planning of key positions in collaboration with stakeholders; supervise our critical role assessment process and challenge the calibration process; drive fulfilment of development plans through 3E approach; attract, recruit and retain management positions; participate in the mobility committee to develop cross-country mobilities.

Support and lead transversal specific projects/initiatives from an HR and/or Social angle by using the regional platform, Right Sizing/Predict Model, Project Base Assignment and Customer intimacy stream.

Support and monitor the main HR processes, programs and initiatives at regional level: performance campaign, Employee development, One Voice, Span and layers, Step up recognition program, etc.

You will report to the VP HR in Sweden and dotted line to the Global VP HR, Digital Energy. Most of your time will be spent in Lund and Arlöv, travelling can be required to other Swedish cities and occasionally abroad.

Experience and competencies:

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have a degree in HR or related field. You have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role as HR Business Partner, preferably in an international company with a matrix company structure and from a production/plant environment.

You are an experienced HR professional with the capacity to proactively coach, challenge, influence and collaborate with many different stakeholders. We believe that you have a proven track record of developing and leading organizational transformation-oriented projects and initiatives with successful outcomes. You are used to working with various HR management disciplines both on a strategic and operational level.

As a person you enjoy working independently and taking own initiatives. You are confident with a dynamic approach. You are recognized for your strong business mindset and show very good cross-cultural skills. You have excellent communication skills and can easily adapt to all levels in the organization. We value your genuine interest in people as well as your ability to make sound decisions. It is mandatory that you are fluent in English and Swedish.
