At Group Digital & IT, we have a clear ambition to enable value creation at scale for the Volvo Group. We have a very important role to play in reaching the Volvo Group ambitions for 2030. We are now looking for new colleague to join our Swedish team as a HR Business Partner.
In this role, you will be part of the Swedish HR team and together with other HR Business Partners you will jointly support the local D&IT organization. We work closely together with all parts of the organization, both in Group D&IT and with Group People & Culture. We foster an environment where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be shared. What challenges do we offer?
As a HR Business Partner you will act as a change agent where you will drive engagement by creating a trusting relationship with managers, employees, and colleagues and enable a culture of continuous improvement and growth mindset. You will also advise, challenge and support management teams as well as individual managers on all HR related issues that drive business growth and contribute to meeting business goals.
You will have a broad perspective in this role and one day won 't look the same as the other. You will have plenty of opportunity to grow in the different areas - most likely you will have an opportunity to dig deeper into a specific area.
Other key responsibilities include:
Strategic contribution to meeting business objectives through workforce planning, recruiting, competence reskilling and upskilling, talent development and performance management.
Be active in transforming the HR delivery into more personalized solutions for the employees.
Promote positive employee relations through inspirational leadership and coach managers through complex employee relations situations.
Change management support to the business, to accelerate the transformation of our company.
Work with our employer branding activities to engage our future employees' interest for the Volvo Group.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a couple of years' experience in working with different kinds of HR questions. You are looking for your next step in your career and want to be challenged and have the opportunity to learn by doing. You will of course have support from a senior HR team that will help guiding you when needed. As a person you have a genuine passion for helping people/teams succeed, great interpersonal skills and a strong drive. As we are in a constantly changing environment its important that you are confident and has the ability to deal with a degree of ambiguity. We also believe that you are proactive, and solution oriented with a lot of integrity.

Relevant University degree
You demonstrate a strong Business Acumen
Demonstrated experience in coaching and facilitation.
Great communication skills and knowledge in English and Swedish.
