Would you like to be a part of our HR Service Centre in Lund and have the opportunity to work in a dedicated team in an international environment?
The HR Service Centre is working with all HR processes within Tetra Pak. As HR Administrator you will belong to the Recruitment team within Resourcing. The Recruitment team is responsible for delivering high quality efficient, end to end recruitment processes for Tetra Pak in Sweden. The position is based in Lund.
As HR Administrator Recruitment you will work with a wide variety of tasks supporting HR Specialists and Line Managers through the recruitment process. Your main focus will be on administrative support in all different activities such as
• Administrate incoming errands
• Create and post ads (Internet/printed media)
• Administrate candidate applications
• Plan and coordinate interviews and meetings
• Support and administration of selection tools
• Other various administrative tasks due to demand
• The position involves many different contacts internally as well as externally.

As a person you are well organised, thorough and show attention to details. You are solution oriented with a strong customer focus.
To be successful in this position you must enjoy, and have experience from, administrative tasks. You have a general knowledge within HR with focus on Recruitment. You have good computer skills and knowledge about recruitment tools is an advantage. Good written and verbal skills in Swedish and English are required.
