• Maintain employee records manually so that information is accurate and secure for payroll run
• Perform quality checks and secures HR process delivery as defined in Service Level Agreements
• Respond to enquiries and assist employees, managers and HR
• Follow-up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers) to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete
• Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join us in the Payroll Team in our central located office in Mölndal. You will manage white collar salaries through timely and efficient administrative support in accordance with company policies and collective agreement.

You will report to HR Services Team Leader Payroll.We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a similar role in an international company. You are professional in your approach, service minded and have a structured way of working. It's preferable that you have experience of sales salaries and Teknikföretagen's collective agreement. Additionally, we are looking for someone that has a team oriented way of working and a proven ability to have responsibility for daily customer interactions and delivery.
Commercial education
• Preferably post high school education such as-Payroll Administration or equivalent
• Minimum two years of payroll administration work experience
• Basic knowledge in Swedish labour, tax and social security law
• Fluent knowledge in English and Swedish
• Excellent skills in the Office package
