Responsibilities:
Coordinate a wide variety of HR tasks, working with the HR Manager and other Corporate Functions
Prepare HR related documents such as Employment Agreements, Personnel Handbook
Maintain accurate employee data on the in-house HR system and deliver employee data for reporting purposes
Support Payroll and benefits administration
Support monitoring and analysis of financial data using MS Excel
Support employees to use our bespoke in-house Performance Management system
Provide practical support in expatriates matters, visit immigration office, apartment checks

Your profile:
You will need to have 2 years HR administration experience and a strong understanding of Microsoft office, especially MS Excel.
You must have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to organize your workload.
Experience from working with HR
Fluent in Swedish and very good knowledge of spoken and written English
