Who are we
HR Services is responsible for providing services to the Volvo Group within the Human Resources area. Our shared expertise lies in HR Contact Center, Payroll, Workforce and Reward administration, International Mobility and Recruitment Services.

In the HR admin team, HR Services Sweden, our mission is to ensure timely and correct HR administration for the Volvo Group. Our objective is to provide HR administrative support with high quality, strong service mindset and high level efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR administrator you will perform transactional tasks such as parental leave, change of working hours, work permits etc. and act as a point of contact towards our requesters for assigned cases.

When required you will also
Perform case analysis, quality assurance and root cause analysis
Support and cooperate with other teams in HR Services to ensure effective HR support to the whole business
Determine and assign correct priority on created or received cases and act according to documented instructions
Support in continuous improvement work for your department and for HR administrative processes

To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, energetic and ability to prioritize. We encourage and help each other!

Requirements
Secondary level education, preferably within the area of human resources or equivalent work experience
Good command of English
Experience from working with Human Resources
Experience working with administrative tasks preferred
Good skills in SAP or Office 365 is an advantage
