We are now looking for a Help Desk Manager

Logistics help desk consists of 9 skilled colleagues with a strong focus to serve Nordic customers and located in Gothenburg, Arendal.

Critical competencies for the position:

• To be a successful leader of this team we think you will have documented experience from leading people day to day in a service minded organization

• Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of flexibility, including the ability to network effectively and to build enduring relationships.

• The position holder acts in a close co-operation with customer in a daily basis and written and verbal skills are crucial

• Proficiency in the Swedish and English language is required and Finnish is a merit

• Professional knowledge in logistics and help desk area is a merit

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Day to day leadership and personnel responsible for 9 persons

• Specific emphasis should be put on motivate, develop and retain talent and secure necessary resources to carry out the services to customer

• To act in close co-operation with other Help desk units globally to efficiently develop and deliver services and products with the right Quality, Delivery Time and Cost
