Becoming our expert in Health Safety and Environmental risk management, you will not only take on the important challenge to make Health, Safety and Environmental a natural part of our business, but also be provided with great amount of opportunities ? from great influence to large networks and the chance to develop both us and yourself.
You will:
• Have an expert role in Health, Safety and Environment risk management in an organization that puts safety first
• Play an important role in training, coaching and supporting the organization in Health, Safety and Environment risk management issues
• Develop and manage Health, Safety and Environment risk management processes, tools, procedures and instructions and implement them in the organization
• Perform risk assessments and continuously develop the base for Health, Safety and Environment risk management in our projects
• Analyse and communicate lessons learned in projects, products and processes in the field of Health, Safety and Environment risk management
• Manage follow-ups, audits and assessments
• Ensure high focus on Health, Security and Environmental issues in our business
In order to succeed in this role, you need:
• In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation and regulations
• Strong knowledge of the management systems ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001)
• Experience from similar roles, preferably within an industrial business
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• A NEBOSH degree or equivalent
• Offshore experience as well as knowledge of risk assessment and related tools, will be to your advantage.
