hela Sverige We are looking for a Head of Total Rewards RECA to develop, coordinate and implement effective and efficient global TR processes and solutions. The Head of Total Rewards will work in close alignment with other Total Rewards SME's globally.
The position is located in any city with a region head office and you will report to the Head of Total Rewards.
This is an exciting time to join the Total Rewards function at Ericsson as it embarks on a major transformation to globalize processes and solutions for increased effectiveness.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Support TR SME in region deployment of TR processes and solutions relating to:Base and Variable PayEquityPension and BenefitsSurveys and benchmarks
Align the TR resources to most effectively deliver on the Remuneration Policy and the Pay for Performance initiative in the geographyDefine KPIs for the TR areaEnsure TR delivery is trained and delivering against stated objectives and measuresWork on global project design teams to develop global process, policies and toolsVendor managementSupport M&A and MS deals
University degree in economics or organization or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in Total Rewards
Highly developed knowledge in Total Rewards
Highly developed skills in co-operation
Highly developed communication skills
