In this role, we will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.
As an SDM (Service Delivery Manager), responsibility will be to support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
This position will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. Additionally, will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.
All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
As a Service Delivery manager, you will:
Ensure service delivery execution, responsible for driving and supporting services sales. Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization.
Responsible to drive performance management (process) and competence management and conduct Resource management. And also look after unit finance within your group.
Key Qualifications:
A successful candidate has a drive, very good collaboration and social skills in English, both in written and oral form, a talent for innovation, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, covering:
Several years of experience in service delivery
Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
Knowledge of the sales process
Customer and market insight
Excellent Social and interpersonal skills
Financial acuity and skills
Formulating strategies and concepts
Adhering to principles and values
Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
Additional Requirements:
Digital transformation of Ericsson group global business flow for professional services project allocation. Change management, analytics, workflows automation, artificial intelligence, enterprise architecture, systems integration. Global reach of customers through business units and market units
Leading and governance of portfolio of digital platforms
PLCM (Product Life-Cycle Management)
Backlog management (Focal Point) and prioritization
Business requirements collection from SMEs and users' feedback
Professional services global supply chain
Analytics portfolio of dashboards
Operational perfection in analytics and operational procedures
Leader of leaders (platform owners as leaders of DevOps teams)
