What you'll do
As Head of Revenue Management you entail responsibilities such as analysis of trends and outcomes, maximization of revenue for each contract, and monetization strategies for new todays and future services. You'll have key role in the company by owning and developing innovative price methodologies and guiding principles for all subscriptions based pricing within the company. This means that you'll:
* Establish a team centrally (Revenue Management) for driving all revenue management tasks
* Be the decision maker for all steps regarding consumer prices, as well as maximizing Care by Volvos profits
* Stay on top of customer demands, in order to deliver relevant product offers to end consumers
* Own, maintain and develop the pricing infrastructure and systems
* Make sure the teams is updated on market trends and consumer insights, as well as taking this into account for Care by Volvos price methodologies
The job is located in Stockholm or HQ in Gothenburg.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* University degree within in Business Administration, finance or other relevant area
* At least 5-10 years of experience from pricing subscriptions based services in an international environment
* Proven track record of intrapreneurship and leadership, with experience from leading teams
* Knowledge from car lease payment structures is a plus
* Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
