We offer: A once in a lifetime opportunity of being a part of a fast growing company, operating in a global marketAn innovative high-tech product in the fast emerging industry of unmanned technologiesClose working relationships with other departments from a variety of disciplinesA workplace with skilled colleagues and an open-minded atmosphere A flexible working day with opportunities to influence Your responsibilities:Overall responsibility and accountability for the Production function with main focus on the Swedish site in LinköpingCreate and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and proceduresDevelop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and timelinesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performanceDrive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Production function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standardsDrive implementation of Lean Business strategy and drive Continuous Improvement across all production related areasContribute to overall business strategy and annual budget processEnsure that Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered toSet department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performanceProvide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained enabling them to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibilityProactively work with product management, engineering, service and other departments to incorporate best practices into the production environmentRespond directly to Customer Service or customer related problems Your qualifications: Master 's degree in a relevant engineering /manufacturing discipline or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience Technical education in a manufacturing or industrial company, desirable in the automotive or aerospace industryDemonstrable experience of leading a production function with a proven track record in strategic production leadership delivering effective production strategies, policies, processes and systemsA minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing in a high-tech companyA minimum of 3 years' leadership experienceAbility to add value, reduce costs and make business improvementsProficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail, Microsoft Office software, and technical drawingsSelf-driven attitude for problem solving skills, continuous improvements, with good interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, ergonomic principles, and classic industrial engineering principles.Fluent in Swedish and EnglishLocation / General:This position will include all of our production sites in Europe with initial focus on our site in Linköping.Start immediately, considering possible notice.If you are interested to join us, please send your CV by email to:
