About the role?
The role of a Head of Operations Braås is responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing facility and has full responsibility for the plant's profitability and development. In this role, the Head of Operations also acts as the site leader, coordinating all the functions on site to drive local initiatives and address common challenges, improve collaboration, and identify synergies between the different functions.
The Head of Operations taking on a hands-on approach to management plans, guides and directs the plant operations to achieve plant objectives in safety, quality, production output, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Together with his teams, ensure the best preconditions for people to be involved and hence grow and develop with us. In this role, his is required to balance the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, the employees, customers, owners and society.
About you?

In addition to fluency in English, the candidate will speak, or show the willingness to learn, Swedish.
Ideal experience
• 15+ years of leadership experience with a focus on operations
• Successful track record of improving performance of a site and strong understanding of Lean philosophy and methodology.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying operational and manufacturing strategies that have yielded measurable financial and non-financial improvements in performance, while maintaining high levels of health and safety, quality, and delivery.
• Perform and Develop Capabilities.
• A strong leader with a successful track record of building organizational capabilities
• Has built successful organizations with capable and resilient teams and individuals, able to deliver sustainable value through effective operational set-up.
• Experience interacting with suppliers, dealers, and customers.
• Have operated with a clear and consistent sustainability focus.
• Is used to navigating in a multicultural, international organization.
Education
A university degree in relevant field, Engineering or Business Administration.
