We are a working with over 300 brands across all Nordic countries. We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the creation, operational management and delivering of brand communications and marketing plans. Reporting to the Marketing Services Director in Norway you'll be placed at our office at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm, working across the whole Nordics.

Overall role:
The Head of Marketing is responsible to build successful marketing plans and supports the commercial team to turn commercial plans into workable solutions, ensuring communication materials are delivered on brief, on time and on budget. You own the creative marketing development process, manage brand guidelines/assets and artwork fulfilment both in-house and externally.
Main responsibilities:
Develop Marketing plans for our brand portfolio across Nordic in close relation to NPD and head of brands & concepts
Supports commercial team to turn commercial plans into workable solutions, ensuring communication materials on brief, on time and on budget.
Owns the creative development process, manages brand guidelines / assets and artwork fulfilment both in-house and externally
Drive the marketing planning process and implementation of successful plans
Owner of SoMe and digital strategy for SSP Nordic brands
Support on tender processes
Oversees implementation process via local country management, ensuring adequate resources, internal and external, are in place
Work in close relation with head of creative to drive production processes, and advise on the correct procedures
Solid understanding of design and print production processes
Manages external creative agencies together with head of creative and ensures they work to SSP guidelines
Profile:
To succeed in this role you need to have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. You must have Retail / F&B or Hospitality experience. We want you to have strong verbal and written communication and advanced Adobe cc suite skills required. Your attention to details and ability to multitask is important. You have high level planning skills and are self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a complex changing environment. Fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written. We are looking for a person with strong commercial understanding, and preferable with a background from both marketing planning and project work.
