With the ultimate responsibility for the organization's marketing activities, you lead the development and implementation of a fully integrated marketing strategy. You are in charge of our brand strategy and make sure that the way we manage and develop our brands follow our vision. In cooperation with the company's sales and R&D departments you provide them with the right tools, marketing materials and presentations in order to meet the commercial goals. Furthermore, you lead the marketing department in daily activities and also handle the presence in social media. As Head of Marketing you operate a multinational group, with both direct and dotted line reporting to you and you report to Sales & Marketing Director.
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in marketing / communication or equivalent together with several years of experience within both operational and strategic marketing. Previous work with digital platforms and tools such as PIM, CMS, CRM and WEB-Shop is a big plus. So is knowledge of concepts such as SEO, Leads, Marketing Automation, Analytics and Content Management. Since Strömsholmen is a part of an international group, it is essential that you are well aware of what it means to work in a global structure and that you handle English in speech and writing as well as Swedish.
