Who we are
IST Group is one of the largest suppliers of solutions and services for schools and pre-schools in the Nordic region with over half of the municipalities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden as customers. We are 250 employees spread over four offices in three countries.

Our key objective is to empower the learning process by providing schools with the IT solutions and services needed to make the most of the time, money and resources invested. With everything we do, we aim to deliver the best possible value to the parents, teachers, students, system owners, administrators and principals that are our customers.

Who you are

As Head of Marketing and Sales, within the Products and Systems department you will answer to the Head of Products and Systems. The main target is to fulfil ISTs growth and expansion plans by achieving long term strategic goals, as well as performing day to day operations on the field.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Sustain and grow programs and services according to the IST group?s strategic targets.
• Work actively to generate new business and secure that financial targets are met through existing sales partners.
• Execute activities related to follow up of sales partners and the establishment of new partners
• Interact in strategic planning.
• Ensure that performance goals are met and set.
• Drive projects and manage project resources
• Curate and maintain knowledge of successful tools and methods in channel sales, aiming to structure and optimize use of resources and maximize results

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience from sales related work and the ability to liaise with prospects and potential business partners.
• Proven track record from sales and most preferably channel/partner sales.
• Excellent understanding of business models.
• Analytical skills.
• Project management.
• Great communication skills, both in English and Swedish, spoken as well as in writing.

The position will require extensive travelling.
