hela Sverige The Head of Integrations main purpose is to drive Benifys integration strategy and be the central person in our API and integration community. You will have a key role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we have the integration capabilities needed to fulfill Benifys business goals within the integration needs.
Your knowledge of our product and its integration capabilities together with your drive, striving for next generation of integrations is key for success.
Main responsibilities
The Head of Integrations is responsible for:
• Benifys integration strategy
• Building Benifys developer community for integrations
• Identify integration and data needs from a commercial, technology and product development perspective
• Act as a bridge between Technology, Commercials and Product development in data related questions
• Identify integration bottlenecks and drive data integration efficiencies
• Drive the data community and interactions between customer, partners and suppliers
The Head of Integrations is expected to:
• Be a great communicator in both written and oral form
• Have great knowledge and understanding of data integrations and latest trends
• Be able to connect and drive integration initiatives towards business impact
The Head of Integrations will on daily basis:
• Work with internal and external stakeholders in data related topics
• Identify needs and gaps within Benifys data integration capabilities
• Drive stakeholders towards data and business goals

This is what we are looking for
With a technical background and experience in both tactical and strategic work you want to influence others and make things happen. You have strong communication skills and can clearly get a message across both with employees and stakeholders. Additionally, you have a coaching approach and like to collaborate with others to reach common goals.
To succeed in this role, we also see that you have:
• >8-10 years of experience in the field of IT and working with complex systems with high configurability
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar/relevant education
• Experience from integration platforms and APIs
• Leadership skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Swedish is a plus
