Create business development strategy for the Insurance Business Unit and work closely with TCS sales team to achieve revenue targets at right margin levels.
Provide leadership in identifying opportunities and helping customers to evaluate TCS' solutions and services.
Identify and understand key business challenges through interaction with key stakeholders and decision makers of customer / prospect organizations and build transformational solutions in line with their business goals and aspirations.
Identify key trends & drive necessary changes in sales & offerings to capitalize on opportunities in.
Drive and close complex sales opportunities for TCS Insurance solutions and offerings in IT, Consulting and Business Process Services space.
Establish right governance and perform regular delivery / operational reviews, act as the escalation point in case of service delivery deviations and ensure industry leading customer satisfaction.
To position TCS Insurance service as a solution of choice in Insurance sector across Nordics market.


At least 15+ years of experience of working with IT Services, Consulting and Business Solutions teams managing large sized engagements / outsourcing and client servicing environments with at least one year of work experience in a similar role in the Nordics region.
Experience in managing a business portfolio of over USD 50 million per annum with sales, delivery and operational responsibility.
Excellent knowledge in IT Services, Consulting and Solutions for the Insurance sector.
Self-driven and ability to actively work with senior stakeholders such as CxO / IT Directors within the customer / prospect organizations.
Good understanding of Insurance business, excellent client facing skills and capable of engaging with CXOs in a purposeful and credible manner to present strategic solutions.
Excellent team building skills to bring together cross functional teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within Nordic and abroad from time to time.
