Today, Brights has expanded its reach to multiple organizations across six countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, and Switzerland), addressing the growing demand for skilled professionals in various industries.

As Head of Growth, you are a key player at Brights in reaching our vision and strengthening our market position on the Swedish market. The primary focus is to build and maintain an effective sales capacity to search business opportunities and find solutions for clients connected to effective corporate learning solutions. Our long-term goal is to build long-lasting relationships with clients in need of our services in multiple different industries.

You will be responsible for ensuring a solid and relevant sales strategy, contributing to the company's growth as well as leading your team to actively search for both new clients and maintaining existing ones.

In this role, you will report to the Managing Director for Brights Sweden and be part of a management team where you have the chance to influence the tactical and strategical goals for Brights Learning Sweden's future.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

• Building an effective sales organization and acting as their first line manager to support the people to perform at their best.
• Ensuring that we have the optimal organizational structures, processes and work methods within the sales process, aligning development initiatives with the Head of Growth community, and in close dialogue with the internal local stakeholders e.g., Commercial director.
• Keeping an up-to-date understanding of how the learning industry evolves. Take responsibility for your own development as a learning expert and use this knowledge when contributing to our business development, to make sure the Brights offer stays attractive, competitive, and in line with the clients' needs.
• Building your network and work smart with social selling, by becoming an active voice on the national learning scene and positioning our brand as thought leaders within efficient and innovative reskilling and upskilling solutions.
• Always keeping what's best for the client and what's best for the Akind Group as the two guiding principles when collaborating on a client with salespersons from our sister companies.
• Acting as a full member of the local management team and develop Brights learning Sweden to reach its strategic goals.
• Building and developing the Brights culture and work actively with strengthening the employee engagement.

Other requirements for this role include:
• Extensive experience and proven track record within complex service solution sales
• Experience from industries such as IT/tech, consulting or similar
• High strategic ability as well as leadership skills, i.e., from business development projects, or as a team leading role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike
• University degree in relevant area

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience from working within the areas connected to learning or strategic skills development
