We are building the next generation automated e-commerce warehouse in Landskrona to cover the Nordic region. For this we are looking for our new Head of Fulfilment. In this role you will get a unique opportunity to set up the operations, processes and automation from scratch together with our selected partners. After the launch you will be responsible for the site, the performance, the budget, the WMS, the facility, the automation and the 3PL running it all.
THE ROLE
• General: Responsible for running the warehouse via our selected 3PL. Make sure we deliver the required service and quality levels to our customers at the agreed upon unit costs and budget.
• Planning personnel, shifts and costs based on forecasted volumes and technical capacity levels in co-operation with NA-KD sales, business intelligence, purchasing and the 3PL
• Owning the budget, scheduling costs and expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
• Defining, analyzing and follow up SLAs and performance
• Constantly seeking and challenging the right balance between OPEX, CAPEX and service levels
• Setting up and managing the automation solution. Making sure that we maximize the return on investments: Implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement; expanding the technical capacity
• Responsible for the WMS application and managing development through internal IT-resources, the supplier and the 3PL
• Managing the facility developer, the contract and everything around it
YOUR SKILLS
• 5+ years related logistics experience required
• 3+ years managerial experience, including P&L responsibility required
• Minimum BA in in Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
• Proactivity is a key ability for this role. Propose, validate and execute the plans to deliver the results
• Project Management, including operations start-up experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and excel skills
• Multi-level presentation & communication skills (internally and externally)
• Strong Financial Experience and Problem Solving / Process Improvement skills required
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• You have good ability to express yourself in writing and speech in English and Swedish
