hela Sverige The Head of Digital Forensics and Investigations will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of digital forensics and investigations programs within the organization. This position will serve as a member of the Cyber Defense Center (CDC) management team, collaborating with other leaders to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of digital forensics and investigations-related activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital forensics and investigations strategies and processes that meet the needs of the organization.
Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of digital forensics and investigations systems and processes.
Manage the digital forensics and investigations team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful delivery of programs and services.
Collaborate with other teams, such as security operations, threat intelligence, group security, and legal, to ensure that digital forensics and investigations processes are aligned with broader cyber security goals.
Collaborate with the SOC and Incident response team to form a virtual Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) team.
Conduct digital forensics investigations and analysis, including data acquisition, preservation, analysis, and reporting.
Manage the response to cyber security incidents, providing technical expertise and support for digital forensics and investigations activities.
Ensure that all digital forensics and investigations-related activities comply with industry best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, and internal policies and standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and other industry organizations, to support the organization's digital forensics and investigations activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital forensics and investigations, with a focus on incident response and cyber crime investigations.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and programs.
Proven experience in developing and implementing digital forensics and investigations strategies and processes.
Strong knowledge of digital forensics tools and technologies, such as EnCase, FTK, and Volatility.
Experience with incident response, including triage, containment, investigation, and recovery.
Knowledge of cyber crime trends and threat actors, as well as relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
