Head of Customer Experience Platform
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as Head of Lynk & Co global Customer Experience Platform.
As head of the Customer Experience Platform you will be responsible for the global Lynk & Co commercial digital platform enabling customers to explore, configure, buy and own Lynk & Co cars and services. You are given the opportunity to be the hero for enabling customers to experience mobility and hassle-free car ownership in a complete new way.
Primary responsibilities include business alignment, digital capabilities and requirements definition, technical roadmap planning, sourcing, service delivery and operations. You will report to the Global Director of Business Technology Lynk & Co.
As a person you have the ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements. You are a driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities with a strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg, Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes global responsibility.

Profile and Background
- Passion for customer engagement through digital enablement, challenging conventional industry norms.
- Extensive experience in global digital transformation
- Extensive leadership experience including business alignment, digital capabilities and requirements definition, roadmap planning, service delivery and operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Experience in retail and online sales is preferable
