At BrewDog Gothenburg, we believe that we have managed to place ourselves on a decent place on the Gothenburg burger scene, with our innovatively flavoured burgers such as the BrieDog (Brie cheese, Truffle mayonnaise, roasted onions), Nutty Proffessor (Bacon jam, bacon, bacon, peanut butter and bacon) and all the vegan/vegetarian options we offer.
We are now stepping up our game even further and we are looking to employee 1-2 awesome, kick ass persons that will go into our kitchen and enable BrewDog Gothenburg 2.0!
Depending on what candidates we are lucky enough to find, we will shape the positions accordingly - the optimal is to find 2 amazing people where one is 75% and the other around 50%, or one is 100% and the other is a bit lower. One of you will be responsible for ordering, self control of the kitchen, scheduling and making sure the kitchen is clean as a whistle. And off course making sure that we serve only the best burgers possible.
You have a few years of documented experience in the kitchen with similar duties, is known to take alot of your own initiatives, understands the economy of a kitchen and restaurant and is in general a responsible and kick ass person to be around.
We are a small but tight family at BrewDog Gothenburg and the bar & kitchen work very closely together, we are looking for cool personalities that focus 100% on delivering the best possible guest experience in our hop temple.
