In 2004 a Nordic import and marketing group for BMW, MINI and BMW motorcycles including parts and service in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltic markets was founded. Today BMW Group Northern Europe has about 170 employees and about 160 authorized dealers and workshops in the region. Last year 2014 was another record year for BMW Group Northern Europe with total sales volumes of closer to 40.000 BMW, 2.400 BMWi, 3.600 MINI and about 2.000 Motorcycles which is an all-time high for BMW Group in the region.

Head of Aftersales Northern Europe

As Head of Aftersales for the region Northern Europe you have a disciplinary and business responsibility for the department Aftersales within the region inclusive all single markets. Responsible for Aftersales within the Region B1-NE to reach all aftersales related targets (e.g. budget, profit and customer satisfaction). Responsible for qualitative customer satisfaction targets stated in the Balance Score Card (BMW, MINI) measures by KR-EVO and IACS. Responsible for the overall aftersales cost account for the region. Arbetsuppgifter: - Responsible for the creation of quantitative and qualitative target agreements (planing premises) with the AS Managers in the different markets within the region B1-NE. - Definition and implementation of projects to reach the qualitative and quantitative targets within the region (e.g. service standards, mobility concepts, Aftersales Strategy NEXT, BSI, extended warranty, training). - Responsible for the development and implementation of market specific Aftersales concepts in due consideration of the CoC specifications. - Responsible for the goodwill budget for all markets in the region B1-NE. - Responsible for the overall distribution of marketing money per market. - Responsible for the total fixed cost budget in Aftersales. - Decide all HR related issues within the AS organisation. - Development of Aftersales market strategies which will be individually implemented in each market. - Responsible for the regional distribution center (RDC) in Malmö. - Responsible for the headcount target for Aftersales within the Region B1-NE

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management - Extensive managerial experience, preferable within a multi national company (at least 5 years) - Aftersales generalist experience with good product knowledge and affinity - Extensive experience in the automotive industry (aftersales, sales, marketing) - Fluent in English; benificial would be language skills in one of the nordic languages (swedish, denish or norwegian) - High level of team-, communication- and negotiation competencies; strong assertiveness; high level of social and competencies; process oriented and structured way of working; international & intercultural competencies. - Good knowledge in a very wide working field, Is able to cope with high work pressure, high qualitative requirements and time pressure. Distinct analytic skills in combination with strategic thinking and acting in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment (central departments, NSC, dealer organisation and external parties)
