THIS IS US
The Project Builds Vehicle team is a part of the Product Builds organization within Complete Vehicle site Sweden, Group Trucks Technology (GTT). Project Builds Vehicle have the cross functional lead of the physical prototype builds supporting the vehicle projects, vehicle streams and technology streams.
The team works in close cooperation with product development, vehicle manufacturing, GTT workshops and our prototype purchasing and procurement team.
We are continuously striving to develop the Product Build organization and way of working to be leaner and more efficient in supporting vehicle and powertrain projects.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
As group manager, you are responsible to drive the change within the team related to culture and way of working to increase effectiveness and efficient in our deliveries. You strive to maintain the good team spirit, cooperative atmosphere, and proudness to deliver that exists in the team.
Apart from this you are also accountable for a project deliveries, budget, and continuous development of the team's way of working and the team members competence development.
In this position you will be a part of the Product Build management team within CV site Sweden.

We also see that you have the following skills and experience:
MSc. degree in Business/Engineering OR long experience within similar position is seen as an advantage.
More than 5 years of project or people management in relevant areas
At least 8 years' experience from automotive product development or manufacturing
Experience of working globally or having global responsibility is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
