Group Business Controller
On behalf of our client Mölnlycke Health Care, an international growing company, we are now recruiting a Group Business Controller within the Group Finance organization.

In this new key position in Group Finance, at Mölnlycke Health Care you're responsible for all business controlling activities in Group Finance. This includes the development of the Group's operational financial model, lead the financial planning cycles from target setting to consolidation and to provide insightful and proactive analytics on group performance and trends to executive management. In addition, you will be responsible for enhancing the group analytics capabilities and tools within the finance functions. You're also expected to lead or participate in various projects relating to Group's priorities, for example M&A and integration processes.

You are responsible to lead and develop your team consisting of four employees.

The position is based at the headquarters in Gothenburg and reports to Corporate Controller Director.

Key accountabilities:

• Develop the Group's operational financial model, to ensure consistent internal financial reporting that provides insights and supports the right business decisions and priorities.

• Drive the development of BI and analytics capabilities within the finance function

• Lead the financial planning process from a group perspective. This includes group reporting, as well as analytical output and target setting. Develop simulation models and scenario analysis.

• Drive, measure and evaluate multi-year value creation plans as a partner to corporate strategy team. Drive strategic resource allocation process from finance.

• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management that in an effective and efficient manner gives factual information about the Group's performance. Identify and proactively identify trends and provide suggestions to maximize profitability and safeguard assets

• Owner of business case and investment request processes, should ensure business adherence to existing framework.

• Responsible for managing execution and implementation of selected process and performance improvement initiatives in line with strategy. Lead or participate in various ad-hoc projects relating to the current Group priorities.

• Participate and contribute in M&A and integration processes.

• Lead the team's finance support to R&D as well as other supporting functions

Qualifications and profile:

For this position a Master's degree in Finance, business administration or similar is required as well as at least 8 years of related qualified financial experience with a proven track record of controlling, financial analysis, corporate finance or management consulting.

To be successful in this position you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to have holistic and strategic mindset, combined with high level of business understanding and business acumen. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to influence stakeholders and lead people on different level in the organization. You are willing to take responsibility and prepare decision-making materials under complex circumstances as well as having the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Characteristics required for this position involve being curious and eager to learn and explore with a growth mindset. You are self-confident with proven ability to lead and drive projects. You have proven demonstration of the highest level of integrity as well as high levels of teamwork with cooperation.

As a leader you are structured and methodical providing clear direction, distributing the work load appropriately and providing clear feedback to encourage others to grow.

You are highly IT literate and expected to have a solid experience in analytics, information management and BI tools.

You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken and other language skills are creditable.
