We are looking for an experienced and driven Group Brand & Communication Manager to join the exciting journey of developing and strengthening the Epiroc brand globally and be part of a passionate team that dares to think new.
Your mission
As Group Brand & Communication Manager your mission is to make tactical plans to ensure a high level of execution of the brand & communication roadmap, in close collaboration with people from all over the organization. This is a "spider in the web" role and you will influence how we communicate towards both internal and external stakeholders, as well as advice the executive team in how to communicate in an effective and impactful way. The role is also operative and includes tasks such as writing and publishing on the intranet, updating guidelines and templates and creating material for brand communication.
You will report to the Vice President Brand & Communication and be part of the Epiroc Brand & Communication Council.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with great tactical and project leader skills with the ability to manage several projects in parallel. You are a great writer with high stylistic ability and an intuitive skill in adapting communication for different stakeholders and target audiences.
As a person, you are self-propelled and goal oriented, a real doer, but you also see the value of collaboration and inclusion. You are a structured, unpretentious team-player and natural networker with ability to create enthusiasm and engagement in both peers and stakeholders. You have confidence in your competence and can argue for the solutions you present, and you take great pride in delivering according to scope, deadline and budget.
For this role we require an academic degree in communication, marketing or similar. You have a background in communication and/or marketing, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience and you are proficient in working with external agencies, ensuring delivery according to brief, budget and time plan. Fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement, other languages are meriting.
Location and travel
This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden. For the right candidate location in Örebro, Fagersta or Kalmar may be discussed. Occasional travel is required.
