About the role Group Finance, a function within HQ, consists of five professionals responsible for both internal and external group reporting. This role reports to the Head of Group Accounting and offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Joining KEYTO during its intensive scale-up phase provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the group's growth journey by implementing efficient group accounting structures. The position also offers exposure to high-volume M&A activities, capital markets financing, and advanced financial reporting.
Central responsibilities
Group reporting and consolidation. Consolidation and quality assurance of the Group's legal and operational monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. This includes involvement in reporting to the Management, Board and Owners and externally, both in K3 and IFRS.
Overseeing the financial reporting for a number of legal entities. Handle the reporting and oversee the bookkeeping for the Group parent companies. The day-to-day work is outsourced, but some reporting tasks such as the Annual reports, VAT, and tax matters are handled by this role.
Compliance and internal control. Ensure all financial reports are ready for review and approval by external auditors and Board in a timely manner. Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and other regulatory requirements. Develop and monitor internal control systems to ensure the accuracy of reporting. Support the group companies with issues regarding accounting and reporting.
Processes and routines. Participate in the implementation, development, and improvement of financial processes and routines. Establish, implement and maintain Group internal guidelines, and accounting manual for the Group.
Collaboration and external stakeholders. Participate in managing the groups' banking relationships and handling treasury matters such as intra-group loans, cash pool, and liquidity planning.
Systems and tools. Responsible for, and superuser in the Group consolidation system AARO and AARO Lease. This includes administrative tasks related to maintenance and development as well as financial onboarding of acquired companies, and handling reporting of companies not yet in the reporting routines.
Ad hoc support for the Group CFO/Head of Group Accounting and others

Candidate capabilities and experience This role is best suited for someone with a strong interest in change management and who has a results-driven mindset, combining analytical thinking with an organized and structured way of working. The ideal candidate collaborates easily with others and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring both precision and quality in everything they do. A flexible and humble approach is essential, along with the ability and genuine interest to dive into both complex and routine tasks when needed. Strong communication skills are key, as is a positive attitude. Finally, we'd like you to bring a natural curiosity and a mindset for continuous learning and improvement. Your experience should include most of the following:
A few years of experience in audit services
A few years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, and accounting, preferably on group level
Solid understanding of K3 and IFRS
Fluency in Swedish and English

Experience in the areas below is not required but considered a plus:
Working within companies active in M&A
Experience with the AARO consolidation system or a similar tool
Exposure to entrepreneurial or fast-growing organizations


Location HQ is located on Tulegatan, Stockholm. Work is conducted from HQ during business hours, hybrid work can occur occasionally. Very limited travel is foreseen.
