We are currently looking for a
Goods & Services Junior Buyer, Nordics
who wishes to develop his/her career in a world leading FMCG company. Thanks to our strong international presence, in more than 50 countries, Danone offers good

What will be your scope ?
• > 200 Mio SEK budget for Marketing, Services and Logistics purchases
• Geographical scope : Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway
The position is based in Solna, Sweden, and your superior will be the Purchasing Manager Nordics.
What will be your job?
• Create and implement new regional Indirect Spend strategies, purchasing solutions in order to streamline the process and minimise cost.
• Collect and leverage current needs to develop synergies within the zone.
• Become the Expert of the category: market analysis, spend analysis, internal needs, TCO, cost models.
• Be Accountable for the Purchasing Budget, manage risks and opportunities to the budget.
• Innovation: Capture innovation from suppliers, initiate and contribute to innovation projects.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain and develop suppliers including Partner for Growth Workshops, performance evaluation and feedback.

Competences
• Master/University degree
• 1-2 years working experience ideally in Purchasing
• Entrepreneurial mindset and Leadership skills to create best-in-class solutions and lead step change
• Excellent Project management skills and able to communicate at different levels.
• Experience with stakeholder management in a complex matrix organization.
• Fluent written and spoken English, and at least one Scandinavian language.
