GMAC are looking for a Sales Manager Sweden
The position as Sales Manager
Identify and conquest prospective clients, dealerships, and the maximization of sales of retail products within those dealerships.
Manage the relations with key dealers and coordinate with commercial and training specialists in order for GMAC to address all dealership needs for financial services.
Co-ordinate the design and implementation of loyalty programs and campaigns
Manage and support in the management of relationships with key partners such as importers and insurance companies
Support the design and implementation of new retail finance and insurance products and services.
Monitor market environment and competition on an ongoing basis.
Provide advice to the dealers on how to optimize their results via use of operation's products and services
Be a member of the GMAC Sweden management team.
We are looking for
Proven experience in consultative sales
Qualifications in business - preferably in a Finance or Banking related field
Previous experience in related business like leasing, retail lending or automotive
Presentation as well as training skills
Preferably knowledge and experience of the internal operations of a dealership
Fluent English and Swedish, both spoken and written
PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Personal skills that are highly valued
We are looking for a person who appreciates customer focus and that has the ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships. A self starter who can motivate him-/herself as well as others. Strong communication skills are a must as well as sharp listening skills. We need a performance driven person that values quality as well as efficiency. This position might eventually turn into a managerial role, therefore we need a teamplayer that appreciates to coach and empower team members.
Goals
To build up the sales department within Retail.
Be responsible for growing the retail assets and retail fee income of the operation.
Increase the retail assets and retail fee income in accordance with our set goals
